Receptionist
Felix
New Face, Friendly Smile! Hi, I’m Felix! I am proud to be born and raised in the Bow Valley. I just graduated from a boarding school on Vancouver Island and will be heading to the University of Calgary this fall to study architecture.
I’m spending the summer working at Floss and can’t wait to meet you all. I love skiing, mountain biking, hockey, and golf—and I’m especially excited to be working right across from Añejo (taco lovers, unite!). Looking forward to a fun summer with the Floss team!
Keep an eye out for Felix around the clinic—he’s always happy to say hi

Denturist
Anastasiya Sivkova
After seeing there was a gap and need for a denture service, Anastasiya is excited to have the opportunity to provide and serve Banff and the Bow Valley. She believe that having a full smile and the basic ability to chew food is an essential human right. Her practice philosophy is of compassion and inclusivity while providing the best care possible to all that need it.
Anastasiya’s experience began in the dental profession industry when she was sixteen, starting as a Dental Assistant while studying biology at the University of Toronto. I then started towards my passion and pursued a career as a Denturist. While working as a Dental Technician and a Denturist at Prosthodontics Associates, she was under the guidance of Dr. Izchak Barzilay. This is where she honed her laboratory and clinical skills in an environment of constant expectation of excellence. Anastasiya is proud to be a co-founder of Phoenix Smiles, a Toronto-based service that provides dentures to women in domestic situations. She was also privileged with the opportunity to volunteer in Uganda with Bridge to Health, where her and her team supplied dentures in distant villages.

Dental Hygienist
Maureen (Mo)
Warm, welcoming, and always full of positive energy—Mo brings a vibrant spark to the Floss team! With a gentle touch and a kind heart, she’s dedicated to making every visit as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Mo believes that oral health is a vital part of overall well-being, and she’s passionate about helping her patients feel confident in their smiles.
Her approach to care is rooted in kindness, patience, and genuine connection. Whether it’s your first cleaning or you’ve been seeing her for years, Mo’s goal is always the same: to make you feel cared for, informed, and empowered in your oral health journey.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Mo out on her bike, soaking in the fresh air and beautiful scenery, or planning her next travel adventure. We’re so lucky to have her as part of the Floss family—her presence makes everyone’s day a little brighter!

Receptionist
Adda
You might catch a glimpse of Adda around the clinic from time to time, bringing a bit of extra cheer to your day! As the daughter of one of our team members, she’s part of the Floss family in every sense.
Adda is always curious, friendly, and full of stories about her latest adventures—especially if they involve being out on the water! She absolutely loves canoeing and exploring the outdoors, and she’s never shy about sharing her latest nature finds or fun facts.
Whether she’s helping hand out stickers or just saying hello, Adda brings a sweet energy to the space that makes everyone smile. Keep an eye out for her—you never know when she’ll pop in to brighten your day!

Dental Hygienist
Julie
Julie absolutely loves what she does, and you will most definitely see that when you’re in the chair with her! She is an advocate of preventive and patient-focused care which is catered to individual needs. It gives her a chance to change lives and bring people back to their best, healthy selves. She is proud to be sharing this passion with you, your family, and your friends! Her goal as a Registered Dental Hygienist is to always provide exceptional patient-focused care and education so that your mouth stays healthy not only today but for years to come.
As a firm believer in lifelong learning, she takes an extensive amount of continuing education and training. She is passionate about giving back to the community and looking forward to your care!
Since moving to the Bow Valley, Banff it has quickly become a place for her to call home. She originally grew up in Winnipeg, but has also lived in Toronto, WhiteHorse, and Calgary. Throughout her travels, she’s found that it’s the people and community that make a place feel like home – the familiar faces and familiar smiles.
In her spare time, she loves to explore and immerse herself in this beautiful Park many of us call home. Through hiking, biking, and skiing, you can always expect to find her outdoors with her husband and two daughters during her time away from the clinic.
